A Front Desk That Never Goes To Lunch.

Patients call during hours you're mid-procedure and after hours you're closed. Diala answers both, books against your real availability, and confirms tomorrow's list.

A ringing phone in a small practice is a patient who gives up and calls the clinic down the road. Staffing a front desk for every hour of the day doesn't pencil out — and voicemail loses the booking.

What you get

How Diala works for clinics & practices.

01

Books real slots

Diala checks your configured hours, holidays, and existing bookings, offers the genuinely free times, and saves the appointment — with a conflict check so two patients never get the same slot.

02

Speaks your patients' language

English, Hindi, Spanish, French and more, in a natural voice. Set the clinic's hours, services, and policies once and it answers from them — it won't invent a price.

03

Your data, isolated

Calls and records are scoped to your account and isolated from every other tenant — Bedrock for the model, DynamoDB for storage. Nothing is trained on your patients' calls.

FAQ

Good to know.

Can it confirm or cancel existing appointments?
Yes — it looks up a caller's record by phone number and can confirm, reschedule against availability, or take a cancellation message.
What about urgent or clinical questions?
Diala is for scheduling and messages, not advice. You script it to recognize urgent calls and hand off or take an escalation message — it never gives medical guidance.
Is Diala HIPAA compliant?
Not today, and we'd rather say so plainly than hedge. Diala does not sign Business Associate Agreements yet, so it should not be used to record or discuss protected health information. What is true: your calls and records are tenant-scoped and isolated from every other customer, you control retention and access, calls are encrypted in transit and at rest, and nothing is trained on your patients' calls. Practices run Diala on the front-desk work that stays clear of clinical detail — answering, booking, confirming tomorrow's list, and taking messages — while anything clinical is handed off to a human. Our security page is the authoritative source on where our compliance stands, and we will update it when HIPAA support lands.
